Man shot, killed inside vehicle on Grand Parkway and Champion Forest, deputies say

SPRING, Texas– An investigation is underway after Harris County constable’s replacements stated a guy was shot as well as eliminated inside a car on Grand Parkway Thursday.

It occurred on 99 and Champ Woodland Drive around 12:30 a.m

. According to replacements, vehicle drivers were flagged down by a motorist in a black Jeep Cherokee. When chauffeurs stopped, they found the guest had been fired, HCSO claimed.

The motorist stated he as well as the guest, both around 20 years old, were coming back from a fishing expedition. Both were making a u-turn at Champ Woodland when private investigators said a black car fired one round at them. The passenger was struck as well as EMS proclaimed the victim dead at the scene, deputies claimed.

Investigators claimed it is vague if this is a road rage capturing.

Deputies said the motorist has been restrained and is cooperating with authorities for examining.

The Grand Parkway eastbound lanes are presently shut as HCSO investigates the shooting. Drivers are urged to stay clear of the area.
